About Us

FertiClinic Fertilization Centre LLC OPC is a leading IVF and fertility healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced medical technology. We are looking for a dedicated Biomedical Engineer or Biomedical Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical equipment and devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Conduct calibration, electrical safety testing, and equipment performance verification.
• Maintain equipment inventory, maintenance records, calibration schedules, and service reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, preventive maintenance, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and equipment installation.
• Assist in the procurement and technical evaluation of new medical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Health Authorities regulations, JCI standards, manufacturer guidelines, and healthcare safety requirements.
• Provide technical support and basic user training to clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Participate in quality improvement, risk management, and infection prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Diploma in Biomedical Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of medical equipment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical equipment safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
