Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Advisory Manager to lead our Business Setup division. The role involves managing sales and operations teams, overseeing client onboarding, and building strong partnerships with UAE free zones and government entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support sales and operations teams.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and government coordination.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of all business setup documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with major free zones (IFZA, Meydan, DMCC, RAKEZ, SPC, etc.).
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business setup or corporate services.
• Strong knowledge of free zone and mainland business regulations.
• Proven team leadership and target achievement record.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Russian/French a plus).
• Professional, organized, and results-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
