Business Development Executive

This role bridges strategic growth and talent acquisition within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships with medical institutions, and recruiting top-tier healthcare professionals to support organizational expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi healthcare market.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and government health entities.
• Develop proposals and pitch services to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
• Represent the company at healthcare conferences and networking events.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing standards.
• Manage onboarding and coordinate with HR for smooth integration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Healthcare Management or Human Resources.
• 5+ years of experience in business development and/or recruitment in the Abu Dhab healthcare sector.
• Strong network within the UAE medical community.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
