Job Summary

Al Zaabi Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Soecialist for its Legal Services division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the UAE legal industry, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the firm's legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for legal and corporate services across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, SMEs, and individual clients.
• Promote the firm's legal services, including corporate law, commercial law, litigation support, arbitration, employment law, real estate, and contract advisory.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, client meetings, and business events.
• Prepare proposals, service presentations, and commercial quotations.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with lawyers and management to develop tailored legal solutions for clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
• Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare regular sales activity reports.
• Represent the firm professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
