Business Development Manager

Candidate must have mandatory experience in Freight Forwarding with proven exposure to Oil & Gas clients in a business development and key account management capacity.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of logistics solutions, RFQ processes, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations within the Oil & Gas sector.

Applicants must be fluent in both English and Arabic.

Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills are essential.

The candidate should be target-driven, capable of managing a sales pipeline through CRM systems, and comfortable leading client meetings, MBRs, and QBRs.

Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly preferred.
