About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our clinic’s market presence and brand reputation. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading collaboration initiatives, community engagement, and business partnerships to support the company’s growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on key metrics including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented industries.
• Developing marketing/partnership strategies and building strong business relationships.
• Excellent understanding of business partnerships, digital marketing, community engagement, and brand development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to multitask.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
