Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Home Care Services across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong local market experience, established relationships within the healthcare ecosystem, and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for home care services across the UAE
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, corporates, and other referral partners
• Drive client acquisition and achieve revenue targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and partnerships
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
• Coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of business development/sales experience in the UAE healthcare market (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of home healthcare services and local healthcare ecosystem
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Established network within hospitals, clinics, or insurance/TPA sector is a strong advantage
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred

• Arabic speaking (added advantage)
• Experience working with home care providers, telehealth, or healthcare service companies
