MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To create, maintain, and collaborate on the development of key data assets, user reports and dashboards across the organisation utilising statistical and visual analytic skills to create insight and foresight that drives value for the organisation
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS To lead, develop and maintain key reporting and data assets in collaboration with other department stakeholders and DSIM team members
To utilise statistical and visual analytic skills to analyse data, create insight and foresight that drive value for the organisation
To coordinate, consolidate and manage business requirements from key stakeholders
To serve as a reference point, source of expertise, and mentor for other analytics stakeholders and projects
Required Education Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance or related field
Required Experience At least 3 years of related experience in Analytics preferably within a healthcare setting
Experience in managing large data sets in an enterprise environment
Required Job Skills And Knowledge
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in different operational units and functions
- Application of project management principles
- Data storage best practices and technologies as well as key developments in those areas
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Healthcare Operational Environment
- Demonstrate experience with various statistical and coding software packages (e.g. SAS, R, and Python)
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Data Querying Logic (SQL)
- High proficiency of Visual Analytics Skills (Tableau Preferred)
- Knowledge of ICT architectures (hardware platforms, networking, software applications, integration capabilities) and their impact on analytic capabilities
