Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative at Elements Clinics, based in Jeddah. The role includes handling customer inquiries and providing excellent support, resolving issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, and managing communications between the clinic and its clients through the contact center. This role ensures a smooth customer experience and supports administrative operations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and managing Contact Centers
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, with the ability to use office and communication tools efficiently
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly advantageous
• Prior experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is an asset
