About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent fluent in Tagalog and English, with prior experience in hospital or healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring efficient communication between patients, nurses, and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient inquiries and coordinate with medical staff and homecare teams.
- Handle appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients and patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare communication standards.
- Support recruitment and deployment processes for nurses when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call center, preferably in healthcare or hospital environments.
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer use and call management systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in homecare or healthcare recruitment.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare system is an advantage.
