We are looking for an experienced Call Center Agent to join our team at . The selected candidate will be responsible for answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, following up with patients, and providing accurate information about the hospital's services. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls and respond to inquiries regarding medical services.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments.
- Ensure an outstanding customer service experience and maintain high patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to interact with patients professionally and empathetically.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle calls efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
