We are looking for a dedicated and professional Emirati Call Center & Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will handle calls, manage appointments, assist walk-in clients, and support front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Manage appointment bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Greet, welcome, and assist clients at the reception.
- Provide correct information regarding services, promotions, and pricing.
- Coordinate with medical staff for smooth patient flow.
- Handle payments, invoices, and administrative paperwork.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Address patient concerns with a positive and helpful approach.
Requirements
- Must be Emirati (UAE National).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or reception (medical experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added value.
- Good computer and booking system skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
