Call Center Supervisor (Medical Field Experience Mandatory) – Riyadh (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our call center team in a medical environment . The ideal candidate must have previous healthcare/medical call center experience and strong leadership skills to improve team performance, bookings, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily call center operations and team performance
  • Monitor KPIs (calls, bookings, follow-ups, show rate) and improve results
  • Coach and train agents to enhance sales & communication skills
  • Handle escalations and ensure high-quality patient experience
  • Ensure accurate tracking through CRM/WhatsApp systems
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and action plans
  • Maintain service standards and compliance

Requirements (Mandatory)

Medical field call center experience is a MUST

✅ Minimum 2+ years as a Supervisor / Team Leader

✅ Strong leadership, coaching, and KPI-driven mindset

✅ Excellent Arabic communication (English is a plus)

✅ Able to work under pressure with high lead volume
