Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Civil Job Performer (JP) with valid ADNOC approval to join our team for ongoing oil & gas infrastructure projects. The candidate must be experienced in civil works and capable of performing duties under ADNOC’s Permit to Work (PTW) and HSE systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute civil works: excavation, formwork, concreting, backfilling, finishing, etc.
• Act as ADNOC-approved Job Performer on civil projects.
• Prepare and follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and participate in toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC safety, quality, and work permit procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, permit issuers, and safety teams on-site.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times.
• Accurately complete documentation and close PTWs upon task completion.

Requirements

• Valid ADNOC JP (Civil) Approval – Mandatory
• Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant trade
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil & gas or industrial civil works
• Knowledge of Method Statements, PTW system, and ADNOC civil standards
• HSE training certifications: H2S, Confined Space, Work at Height, etc.
• Basic English communication skills
