Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Client Care Coordinator. The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating healthcare services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Duties include scheduling appointments, addressing client inquiries and concerns, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with the healthcare team to deliver a seamless and tailored client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and building positive client relationships
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness sector is preferred
• Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with flexibility and adaptability
