Client Coordinator

We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/ Coordinator to be the first point of contact at our Aesthetic Clinic in Umm Al Quwain . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, with experience in handling front-desk operations in a medical or aesthetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and manage clinic appointments
• Schedule and confirm patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Maintain accurate patient records and update databases as needed
• Ensure smooth patient check-in and check-out processes
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing (cash/card/insurance)
• Coordinate with dermatologists, aestheticians, and nurses for daily schedules
• Manage daily front-desk operations and maintain cleanliness of reception area
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to clinic protocols
• Promote clinic services, special offers, and skincare product sales
• Handle patient complaints or issues professionally and escalate when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist role (preferably in aesthetic, dermatology clinics)
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology or aesthetic procedures is a strong advantage
• Presentable appearance and excellent personal grooming
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced clinic
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer service orientation
