CLINIC SECRETARY

1.1 Welcome patient and families.
1.2 Instant interpreting between doctor and patient.
1.3 Prepare examination room.
1.4 Implementing care as instructed by the Registered nurses in order to meet the individual’s needs.
1.5 Working under supervision of a Registered nurses in assisting with care needs as required.
1.6 Assist registered nurses and administration staff in maintaining adequate stock levels.
1.7 Carry out basic assessments of patient’s e.g. base line observations, urinalysis, blood glucose monitoring height and weight as directed by the registered nurses.
1.8 To maintain effective channels of communication, liaising as appropriate with all members of the multi-disciplinary team within and external to UMC under the direction of the Registered nurses.
1.9 To be aware of and maintain confidentiality in both written and spoken information.
1.10 Giving and receiving information both written and verbal. This includes recording patient information.
1.11 Maintenance of patient’s dignity at all times.
Qualifications;
Diploma in Nursing (2 years) / Degree in Nursing
Atleast 3 years of experience in UAE Healthcare
Female candidate
Pay: From AED1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
