The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our growing therapy team. This position plays a key role in delivering client-centered, evidence-based care and ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and colleagues within a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality psychological services in collaboration with therapists and special educators, supporting the development and wellbeing of children and adults.
  • Conduct and interpret comprehensive psychological assessments (e.g., ADOS-2, WISC, WIAT, Conners, WPPSI) to inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans using evidence-based modalities, including CBT, client-centered therapy, and brief psychotherapy.
  • Provide consultation and clinical insight on complex cases related to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
  • Offer guidance and supervision to clinical and administrative staff as needed.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and reports in accordance with clinical standards.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute actively to multidisciplinary team discussions, case reviews, and treatment planning.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology (Doctorate preferred)
  • CBT training or certification
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) — bilingual proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Valid psychology license (QCHP or eligibility for licensing in Qatar)
