Role Description

The Commis Chef is a part-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves assisting in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The Commis Chef will also support the kitchen team in creating high-quality dishes, adhering to culinary standards and safety protocols, and helping with inventory and ingredient organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and fundamental Cooking techniques
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene and safety standards in food handling and preparation
• Culinary Skills with a willingness to learn and adopt advanced techniques
• Good Communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a kitchen is must.
