Construction Manager - Infrastructure Projects (must have UAE experience)

Location: Al Ain / Abu Dhabi (must be flexible to work across UAE project sites)
Salary: AED 20,000 – 30,000 (Based on Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of infrastructure and civil projects from start to completion.
• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Prepare work schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for site approvals and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in infrastructure or utilities construction.
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
