Job Summary
The Bilingual Content Creator will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing healthcare-related content in both Arabic and English across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong healthcare background, excellent writing skills, and experience creating patient-focused content while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
\* Create high-quality healthcare content in Arabic and English for:
\* Social media platforms
\* Website pages and blogs
\* Patient education materials
\* Email campaigns and newsletters
\* Marketing and promotional materials
\* Video scripts and reels
\* Translate and adapt content between English and Arabic while maintaining cultural relevance and medical accuracy.
\* Develop engaging health awareness campaigns and educational content.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
\* Plan and execute content calendars across social media channels.
\* Create captions, short-form videos, graphics briefs, and campaign concepts.
\* Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
\* Stay updated with healthcare, wellness, and digital marketing trends.
Medical Accuracy & Compliance
\* Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure content accuracy.
\* Ensure all content complies with UAE healthcare advertising regulations and internal policies.
\* Review and fact-check medical information before publication.
Branding & Communication
\* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
\* Support marketing initiatives, events, health campaigns, and community outreach programs.
\* Assist with public relations and patient communication materials when required.
Requirements
Education
\* Bachelor’s degree in:
\* Healthcare, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Life Sciences, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
\* Healthcare-related educational background is highly preferred.
Experience
\* 2–5 years of experience in content creation, healthcare marketing, medical writing, or digital communications.
\* Experience working in a hospital, clinic, medical center, healthcare organization, or healthcare agency is preferred.
\* Proven portfolio of healthcare-related content.**

Expertise in processing new DHA license, renewal, cancellation and transferring of professional license in a timely and efficient manner. Experienced in setting up new facilities which includes healthcare interior design, medical advertisements, medical facilities planning and registration inclined with Dubai Healthcare rules and regulations (DHA, MOH, HAAD and DHCC).
