Counter Sales-Indoor sales Executive - Building Materials

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Counter Sales / Indoor Sales Executive to join our Building Materials Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and providing excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. Previous experience in the building materials industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their building materials requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Process sales transactions and coordinate with the warehouse for timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Assist the outdoor sales team by preparing quotations and handling customer follow-ups.
• Ensure proper product display and maintain a clean, organized showroom or sales counter.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams regarding product availability.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch sales performance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily sales reports.
• Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in counter sales, indoor sales, or customer service, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Requirements

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
