Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, feedback, and re-engaging customers.
• Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp/messages: answer questions, explain services, and guide customers smoothly.
• Help customers book appointments and feel comfortable every step of the way.
• Keep records and notes updated so the whole team stays in sync.
• Stay positive, kind, and solution-focused – even with tricky situations.

What You Bring

• Experience in customer service (and/or marketing is a bonus).
• A plus: You know what is Botox or any Aesthetic Treatment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Organized, reliable, and happy to work in a team-oriented, fair, and supportive environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
