Job Description

We are a growing dental clinic looking to hire a reliable and enthusiastic receptionist who is fluent in Tagalog and has a basic background in social media. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and also support our online presence through simple videos or live streams.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient inquiries
• Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
• Assist with creating short videos for social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Confidently appear on camera for clinic promotions or informational videos
• Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotions

Requirements

• Fluent in Tagalog and English (verbal & written)
• Previous receptionist or front desk experience (preferred)
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and appointment software
• Confident, presentable, and customer-service oriented
• Basic knowledge of TikTok or content creation is a plus
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
