Salary: AED 40,000 – 50,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director / Head of Real Estate Advisory to lead our advisory division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth, manage high-value client relationships, and oversee advisory operations across residential, commercial, and investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the real estate advisory team to deliver comprehensive market insights, valuation, and consultancy services.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee property valuations, feasibility studies, and investment analyses.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and RERA regulations.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients and management.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and business development for the advisory division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in real estate advisory, consultancy, or investment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulatory framework.
• Proven experience in business development and managing high-value clients.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
