Specialist responsible for evaluating patients experiencing hair loss and performing advanced hair restoration procedures. The role requires surgical expertise, aesthetic judgment, and the ability to deliver natural-looking results while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.

Responsibilities

1. Patient Consultation & Assessment

• Evaluate patients’ hair loss patterns and scalp condition
• Diagnose underlying causes of hair loss
• Recommend appropriate surgical or non-surgical treatment plans
• Explain procedure details, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes

1. Surgical Procedures

• Perform hair transplant techniques such as:
• Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)
• Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT)
• Extract, prepare, and implant grafts with precision
• Design natural hairlines based on facial structure and age
• Ensure sterile techniques and patient safety standards

1. Pre- and Post-Operative Care

• Provide pre-procedure instructions
• Monitor patient recovery and graft survival
• Manage complications if necessary
• Conduct follow-up consultations

1. Team Collaboration

• Supervise and guide surgical assistants and technicians
• Work closely with clinic management to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

1. Compliance & Quality Standards

• Adhere to medical regulations and licensing requirements
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in continuous training and skill development

Qualifications & Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Valid medical license
• Specialized training in hair restoration surgery
• Proven experience performing FUE and/or FUT procedures
• Strong aesthetic and artistic sense
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or plastic surgery
• Certification in hair transplant techniques
• Experience in high-volume hair restoration clinics
