DOH Registered Nurse- Site/industrial Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees during workplace incidents or illnesses.
• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical assessments in coordination with the company physician.
• Maintain and update employee health records as per DOH and company standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
• Identify potential workplace health hazards and participate in risk assessments and preventive health programs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to DOH guidelines.
• Conduct health education and awareness sessions for staff on hygiene, ergonomics, stress management, and disease prevention.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services when advanced care is required.
• Maintain medical supplies, first aid kits, and equipment inventory.
• Prepare and submit health and incident reports to management and relevant authorities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid DOH License as a Registered Nurse (Active Status).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational or industrial settings.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health standards and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and professionally.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
