Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman in Abu Dhabi to support construction and engineering projects through accurate technical drawings and design documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD drafting, architectural drawings, construction planning, technical design, and engineering support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and construction plans using AutoCAD and drafting software

• Create architectural, civil, and structural drawings as required

• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site changes

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers

• Ensure compliance with construction standards, specifications, and UAE regulations

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings

• Maintain project documentation and drawing records

• Support site teams with technical drafting requirements

• Review designs for accuracy and quality standards

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD software, and technical drawing tools

• Experience in construction and engineering projects preferred

• Knowledge of architectural and structural drafting standards

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

• UAE construction experience preferred
