Driver & Warehouse Keeper (Logistics & Admin Support)

We are seeking a reliable Driver & Warehouse Keeper to support daily operations across transportation, warehouse handling, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with logistics workflows, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

Operate company vehicle for deliveries, collections, and operational errands.

Load, unload, and handle goods safely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage warehouse activities: receiving, storing, labeling, issuing, and organizing stock.

Assist with inventory counts, tracking, and basic stock control records.

Prepare and manage delivery notes, invoices, and related logistics documentation.

Coordinate paperwork related to shipments, suppliers, and service providers when required.

Support basic administrative tasks: printing, scanning, filing, and document organization.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance or compliance issues.

Follow company procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Work in close coordination with logistics and administration teams.

Requirements

Valid driving license (mandatory).

Proven experience as a Driver and Warehouse Keeper/Storekeeper.

Practical understanding of logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipment papers).

Familiarity with administrative coordination related to logistics operations.

Ability to use basic office tools (printer, scanner, Excel or similar).

Good English communication skills (reading and writing).

High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Physically fit to handle boxes and warehouse tasks when needed.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
