Drivers for Home Health Services - Northern Emirates

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northern Emirates for Drivers supporting Home Health Services in the Northern Emirates. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting clinical staff, and medical supplies between home locations, health facilities, and designated service points. Daily tasks include following assigned routes and schedules, ensuring vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards, and completing basic vehicle checks before and after trips. The role involves clear communication with dispatch and healthcare teams, assisting patients with boarding and exiting vehicles when needed, and maintaining accurate records of trips and deliveries. The driver is expected to provide courteous, professional service, adhere to company policies and UAE traffic regulations, and respond flexibly to changing operational needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong truck driving skills and experience operating trucks safely in urban and inter-emirate routes.
• Candidates should have own car.
• Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle license recognized in the UAE, with a clean driving record.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, healthcare staff, and patients.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills to provide respectful, patient-centered transport and handle inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with basic vehicle safety checks and routine maintenance, and an understanding of road safety regulations.
• Previous experience in healthcare transport, logistics, or home health services is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as service needs require.
• High school diploma or equivalent education; knowledge of English is required, and additional regional languages are a plus.
