Duty Manager – Nursery

Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Duty Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the nursery. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between staff, parents, and management, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, care, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nursery operations during assigned duty hours.
• Ensure full compliance with KHDA regulations and internal policies.
• Supervise and support teachers and assistants to maintain high-quality learning environments.
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing daily inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor classrooms to ensure EYFS standards and best practices are followed.
• Maintain accurate daily records, reports, and incident logs.
• Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Report operational updates and concerns to the Nursery Manager.

Requirements

• CACHE Level 5 in Early Years Education or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an early years or nursery leadership role in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of EYFS or a similar early years curriculum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Russian language is an advantage.
• Professional, reliable, and child-focused attitude.
