E-commerce Website & Marketplace Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab and the company website.
• Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images and keywords.
• Update prices, stock availability and promotional offers.
• Monitor and process online orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate order preparation and dispatch with the warehouse team.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds and complaints professionally.
• Monitor account performance, customer ratings and marketplace compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Monitor competitor pricing and online market activity.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and product promotions.
• Maintain proper documentation of marketplace processes and account activities.
• Support the integration of e-commerce platforms with Odoo ERP.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with strong practical e-commerce experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Lab is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with Odoo or another ERP system is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of product listing, order management, pricing, returns and inventory coordination.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Marketing, Warehouse, Finance and Sales.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, product photography or digital advertising is an advantage.
• Experience with medical, dental or technical products is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
