Key Responsibilities Emergency Response & Patient Care \* Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide pre-hospital care. \* Perform rapid patient assessment (primary and secondary surveys). \* Administer basic and advanced life support interventions (BLS & ACLS). \* Stabilize patients with trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and other acute conditions. \* Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously during transport. Clinical Procedures \* Administer medications as per protocol and physician direction. \* Perform IV cannulation, airway management, and oxygen therapy. \* Assist in resuscitation procedures (CPR, defibrillation). \* Manage wounds, fractures, and bleeding control. Patient Transport \* Ensure safe and efficient transportation of patients to healthcare facilities. \* Communicate patient condition effectively to receiving medical teams. \* Maintain patient documentation during transit. Coordination & Communication \* Work closely with paramedics, physicians, and emergency teams. \* Provide clear handover reports using structured communication tools (e.g., SBAR). \* Communicate with patients and families in a calm and professional manner. Documentation & Compliance \* Accurately complete patient care reports and incident documentation. \* Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and international emergency care standards. \* Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety guidelines. Equipment & Readiness \* Maintain ambulance equipment, medications, and supplies. \* Ensure all emergency tools are functional and ready for use. \* Report equipment malfunctions promptly. ⸻ Qualifications & Requirements \* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing \* Valid Nursing License (QCHP or eligible in Qatar) \* Certification in: \* BLS (Basic Life Support) \* ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) \* PHTLS or ITLS (preferred) \* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Emergency or Pre-Hospital Care \* Experience in ambulance or emergency response is highly preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
