Job Title: Emergency Room (ER) Charge Nurse

License Required: DHA License / DHA Eligibility
Salary: Starting from AED 6,000 (based on experience & leadership skills)

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced ER Charge Nurse to lead the Emergency Department during assigned shifts. The role involves managing staff, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ER nursing team
• Manage triage, admissions, and discharges
• Allocate staff based on patient acuity
• Handle trauma and critical cases
• Ensure compliance with hospital and infection control standards

Requirements

• ER / Critical Care experience (mandatory)
• Previous Charge Nurse / leadership experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certified
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility
