Events & Media Coordinator — Al Fajr Early Childhood Centre (Nursery)

Al Fajr Early Childhood Centre, a KHDA-licensed nursery in Al Barsha 2, is looking for a creative and organised Events & Media Coordinator to plan our trips, events and ceremonies and capture them beautifully for our community and social media.

The role
You will own the nursery's calendar of activities from start to finish — planning the occasion, running it smoothly on the day, and producing the photos and videos that bring it to life online.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate trips, events, national-day celebrations, parent workshops, sports days and graduation ceremonies
• Manage logistics: scheduling, suppliers, permissions, safety and parent communication
• Capture high-quality photos and short videos at every event
• Edit and prepare media for the nursery's social media and marketing channels
• Maintain a content library and a rolling events calendar shared at least one month ahead
• Work closely with the Principal and the social media team to keep content consistent and on-brand
• Ensure all media follows safeguarding requirements and parental photo-consent records

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience in events, activities coordination, or social media/content creation (early-years setting a plus)
• Is confident with a camera/phone and basic photo & video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
• Is highly organised, warm with children and parents, and calm under pressure
• Understands the importance of child safeguarding and confidentiality
• Is fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
