Event Sales Manager

We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Event Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events and entertainment sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and sponsors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be currently based in Qatar (local hire only).
- 5–8 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, business development, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic language.
