🚨 We’re Hiring: Executive Admin at Aster DM Healthcare, Business Bay 🚨
Aster DM Healthcare is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Admin with 1 -3 years of experience to join our Corporate Headquarters team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support (scheduling, meetings, travel).
- Manage communication and correspondence.
- Coordinate events and assist with special projects.
- Maintain office organization and document management.
- Have hands on experience in Travel booking at least 2-3 years
Note: We are specifically looking for candidates who are settled in Dubai. Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period are preferred.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in an executive or administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to multitask.
- Discretion and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills with experience are preferred
- Degree holder
- Pleasant personality
- Great multitasking ability
- Travel booking experience
