Experienced Patient Coordinator (Female)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Patient Coordinator to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a UAE healthcare or clinic environment and possess strong communication and patient-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit
• Coordinate patient flow between departments and support clinic operations
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently
• Provide clear information regarding services, procedures, and required documentation
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and at the reception desk
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator in a UAE clinic or hospital (mandatory)
• Female candidates preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English & Hindi

Salary: Based on experience
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
