The Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and highly skilled Registered Nurse with a strong pediatric and critical care background.

Although Bloom Plus is an outpatient multi-specialty clinic, we highly value nurses with previous ICU, SICU, NICU, or PICU training or experience . We are looking for professionals with excellent clinical judgment, advanced IV cannulation skills, and the confidence to respond effectively to medical emergencies while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients of all age groups.
• Expertly establish and maintain IV access, particularly in neonates, infants, children, elderly patients, and patients with difficult venous access.
• Monitor patients' clinical condition, vital signs, and response to treatment.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, injections, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
• Assist physicians during consultations, procedures, and medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, preventive healthcare, and home care.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control policies, and patient safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience while promoting Bloom Plus' values and reputation.

Qualifications Essential

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Valid DHA Registered Nurse License.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and nursing standards.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies.

Preferred

• Previous training or experience in ICU, SICU, NICU, or PICU .
• Candidates with strong emergency, pediatric, or critical care backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent IV cannulation skills, particularly in pediatric and difficult-access patients.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu will be considered a strong advantage.
