Female Barista

Job Summary

The Waitress / Barista is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to clients while ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and professional environment within the wellness center. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects the center's high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide accurate information regarding food and beverage items.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the café or barista.
• Know how to make coffee and other beverages
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure tables, seating areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and properly prepared.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness throughout the service period.
• Assist clients with special requests and resolve minor concerns professionally, escalating issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.
• Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system when required.
• Coordinate with the Barista and Reception team to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the dining area.
• Promote café menu items, healthy beverages, and wellness packages when appropriate.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress, preferably in a wellness center, café, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience using POS systems is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
