Female Waitress / Sales

The waitress / Sales Associate is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and healthy food items while delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes promoting wellness products, memberships, packages, and café offerings to maximize sales and enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, and other wellness beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and beverage preparation areas.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Promote café products, wellness retail items, memberships, and special offers.
• Upsell products and recommend suitable items based on customer preferences.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide product information.

Customer Service:

• Welcome clients warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere within the café.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate cash handling and daily sales records.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
• Support promotional events and marketing activities when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista is a must .
• Sales or retail experience with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and healthy beverage concepts is an advantage.
• Customer-focused with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
