Field Service Engineer – IVD

🔧 We’re Hiring: Field Service Engineer – IVD | UAE

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer (IVD) to join our technical team. If you have hands-on experience with laboratory analyzers and a strong technical mindset, we would love to hear from you.

📌 Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or laboratory equipment
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of electronics
• Good understanding of hydraulic / fluidic systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and service manuals
• Willingness to travel when required
• UAE driving license (preferred)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and setup of analyzers at customer sites
• Perform preventive maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines
• Troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and fluidic issues
• Ensure proper calibration and quality control verification
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Support spare parts management and inventory control
• Provide remote technical support when required
