Position: Finishing Mason Chargehand

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of finishing masons and helpers at the site.
• Ensure all finishing works (plastering, tiling, marble fixing, blockwork, etc.) are executed as per project specifications and standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and schedules.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with site engineers and foremen to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finishing masonry supervision in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage labor and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
