A leading hospital in Kuwait is hiring an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee reception operations and enhance patient experience.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as Front Office Manager / Reception Manager / Customer Service Manager
- Previous experience in hospitals or medical centers is required
- Native Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait
- Available for immediate joining
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the front desk/reception team
- Ensure high-quality patient service and satisfaction
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with medical and administrative departments
- Monitor daily front office operations
