Fulfillment Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fulfillment Associate located in Sharjah. The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for handling daily operational tasks such as packing and preparing orders, unloading inventory, and organizing and sorting stock. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, operating equipment as needed, and ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment. Collaborating with team members and providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or issues in a timely manner are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Packing, Unloading, and Sorting of goods and materials.
• Proficiency in Forklift Operation or similar equipment handling.
• Strong Customer Service skills to assist customers and address inquiries effectively.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to handle tasks requiring prolonged standing and lifting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations is a plus.
