General Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our healthcare team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate must have prior accounting experience in a Home Health Care or Medical Center setting in the UAE, with strong knowledge of healthcare financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions

• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Monitor revenue, billing, and insurance collections

• Coordinate with RCM and insurance teams for payment tracking

• Prepare VAT reports and ensure FTA compliance

• Assist in budget preparation and cost control

• Support internal and external audits

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
