Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Arabic-speaking Male General Dentist to join our medical center on a 50-50% revenue sharing model. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills in general dentistry, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centric approach. He will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care, building strong patient relationships, and actively contributing to the clinic’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canal treatments.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on patients’ oral health and concerns.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using clinic systems.
• Comply with all UAE health regulations and standards.
• Uphold the clinic's reputation through professional and ethical conduct.
• Collaborate with other specialists and departments as needed.
• Help in promoting dental services through word-of-mouth and community engagement.
