Position Overview

We are seeking a DHA Licensed General Practitioner (Male or Female) to join our expanding team for Doctor-on-Call / Home Healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in home visits, strong clinical expertise, and the ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and provide comprehensive patient consultations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Administer and supervise treatments including IV therapy and wound care
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Provide preventive healthcare guidance and patient education
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records as per DHA standards
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams for continuity of care
• Contribute to service development and patient experience improvement

Requirements

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
• Minimum 1 year UAE experience (MANDATORY) in home healthcare or primary care
• Strong experience in:
• Home visits
• IV treatments
• Wound management
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and patient counselling abilities
• Arabic speakers preferred
• Candidates with a strategic mindset and interest in growing home healthcare services will be highly valued
• Immediate joiners preferred
