Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Media Design, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant design experience, preferably in healthcare, corporate communications, or a high-volume design environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles, layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of branding systems, corporate identity standards, and UAE healthcare communication norms.
- Knowledge of print production processes, digital media formats, and multimedia workflows.
- Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Skills in digital content creation, infographics, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Skills in photo editing, video editing, and preparing files for print and digital distribution.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare information into clear, engaging, and compliant visual materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, administrative departments, and leadership stakeholders
