Vilafortuny Medical & Training Centre is looking for a creative and reliable Graphic Designer / Photographer to join our team in Jumeirah, Dubai.

We are a boutique medical, dental, aesthetic and training centre with a strong focus on Digital Smile Design, advanced dentistry, lasers, aesthetic medicine, patient care and professional education.

Position Overview

The Graphic Designer / Photographer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the clinic’s brand, marketing campaigns, social media, website, patient communication and training activities.

The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for clean, premium design and professional photography, with the ability to create visual content suitable for a medical and dental environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital and print designs for social media, marketing campaigns, website content, brochures, flyers and promotional materials.
• Produce branded visuals for dental, aesthetic, laser and training services.
• Take professional photos and short videos of the clinic, staff, doctors, events, courses and approved patient-related content.
• Edit photos and basic videos for social media, website and marketing use.
• Support the marketing team with creative concepts and campaign visuals.
• Design presentations, infographics, signage, certificates and internal materials.
• Organise and maintain the clinic’s digital asset library, including design files, photographs and video content.
• Coordinate photo shoots, including lighting, backgrounds and basic direction.
• Ensure all designs and images are consistent with the clinic’s brand and professional image.
• Ensure all patient-related content follows privacy, consent and confidentiality requirements.
• Deliver work on time and manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Photographer or Visual Content Creator.
• Strong portfolio showing graphic design and photography work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Canva or similar tools.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar software.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, lighting and composition.
• Experience in healthcare, dentistry, aesthetics, beauty, wellness or luxury services is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental or aesthetic treatments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take feedback and meet deadlines.

• Must be able to work on-site in Jumeirah, Dubai.
